Put Some Oomph In Cabbage

So all good Irish girls I'm sure know a thing about cabbage. I love it cooked simple, oil/butter, water to steam, few tablespoons of sugar to carmelize and salt.
But this time it needed something...
So I made it the same way but sprinkled a bit of curry powder (I can hear my Grammy gasping that the Brennan's would never) but I did and on top? Smoked almonds! Amazing!
