Feeling Crabby? Get Healthy!

If you are feeling tired, crabby or run down it may not be the weather. Make some little changes in your diet!

If you like creamy foods try whipping or mashing avocado and adding to crab or chicken for salad instead of mayo. I promise you won't miss it! I added lemon and salt/pepper and scooped it into a cucumber! Yum:)
