This isn't the most beautiful... Mostly because I was hungry so I hurried.
It is a great little high protein breakfast though.
Ingredients are a simple egg, heart shaped cookie cutter, draining and oil.
But I upped the ante by adding parmesan cheese.
I whiped my pan and the edges of the cookie cutter with oil...
Turned the heat up high, added a sprinkle of Parmesan to make a crust in the bottom of the cutter. That helps to contain your egg. I added my egg and cooked it until almost done, then finished under the broiler.
My choice for leaner bacon, we call it "Fake-on" is just cut and browned salami. You could use ham too.
