Cleveland: Pop it like it's hot!
We have been hearing good things about the Town Hall restaurant for some time now. So today we decided we would give it a try. We were happy to see it was only a short drive (about 15 min) from where we were on the west side and right near the west side market, so we piled in the car and were off. For more info:

We found premo parking right out front at a meter and when we walked up about 12:30 there was only a short wait and visibly empty tables, but a busy hustle and bustle which meant good food but not a long wait time. One of the coolest things, I thought was their seating system. They text you right when they take your name and than again to let you know your table is ready. It is called buzzTable. The hostess was very polite and all the staff past by us with eye contact and a smile as we walked around to check it all out.
Ryan took this photo of the already busy bartenders to pass time on our wait.
We sat on the cool ala carte cafe side while we waited to get a text that our table was ready! This is a cool idea for those who want carryout or are on a time crunch. or if you just want a "coffee shop" type of experience. As Holden (staff member) pointed out from behind the counter, as he so nicely introduced himself and kindly explained the lay of the land on the cafe side. We thought it was very cool that you can order a drink on the cafe side while you wait for your table. They are a big supporter of The Cleveland Food Bank and charity is always a plus in our book!
We found some cool info about the yoga exhibit at the Cleveland museum of art which I will be attending with my yogi friend Lori next week! A gorgeous postcard for sure!

All of the trees and flowers just added to the pretty setting. Very cool pallet flower box! Ane well maintained flowers and greenery!
Here a caged rock wall with flower pots made the space feel very clean, modern and organic.
Cushy reserved seating with comfy benches! The boys were eyeing this space but saw "reserved"... They kept waiting for LeBron James to walk in and take the seats. Little did they know those seat were reserved for us! This was a highlight for Ryan since he has a track record of leaning into me and ending up laying on a bench until I realize and set him straight. He thought it was the perfect nap spot!
View of the city peeking through from our reserved seats on the back veranda.
The sight of chicken nachos made Dylan smile! And gave me sigh of relief for my kinda picky eater, as I sipped my frothy vanilla latte out of a large soup bowl style mug.
We could not get enough of this photo worthy flat bread pizza with what Dylan termed "The good cheese" and fresh basil. And of course I found a cheese heart bottom right!❤️
The citrus salad sure brightened my already awesome day! Full of fresh avocado, grapefruit, orange, chicken and bacon. Which of course my boys spotted and had to sample since they consider themselves quite the bacon connoisseurs.
Ryan was pretty excited that he could add chicken to his vegan chili! (He ate it before I could snap a pic!) We swooned over Ryan's goji berry (said to help eyesight and other health benefits) smoothie that came highly recommended by our very patient waiter. *so sorry we didn't get your name! Great service! I think the goji berry smoothie helped Ryan find more bacon in my salad for sure!
Next stop "The bubble project!" To see glass blowing and check out their finished projects. But first a colorful photo op.
Gorgeous chandelier perfect for my beach house... I wonder if they have a layaway program! So amazing with the natural light coming in.
And of course a visit with Morty... Ryan had lots of questions about Morty and Dave answered every one. And Dylan rather enjoyed talking world cup soccer and the likes of any soccer with Dave.
You cannot be near the West side market

The next time we go to get these sodas we will get the name of the vendor so you know where to go! In the meantime if you just ask at the market for Asian sodas someone will point you home! The fun part about theses sodas is that you have to pop a marble into the soda to drink it. After that it makes noise as you sip! My boys love them! We usually eat and drink pretty healthy so I never looked at the ingredients... They were too excited and I figured one won't kill them. Sometimes you have to look the other way for the sake of fun! It's all about balance!

Always a rainbow of beautiful foods at The westside market.
Ryan proves you're never too old for balloons... Or to marvel at cool bike racks or how awesome our city looks!
We hope you will get up and get out in our beautiful city! Cleveland is looking so good and I am so proud to see the amazing transformation and feel the effervescence of a city about to pop like a well shaken bottle of champagne that has finally been plucked off the wine cellar shelf!
We found what we were craving, art, good food, people watching and good company!
Enjoy this glorious day!
All my best,
Celeste ❤️
